Here’s my review for Kpopmart.

This is my first time to buy albums at kpopmart, since I usually bought at local online seller here in the Philippines and I also have my own Kpop Online shop. So here’s my review. ^^

I was hesitant to buy at first since I’ve read some post online that Kpopmart are scam since they offer low prices for the kpop albums and merchandise, but I also read some good reviews from other that tried to buy there. So I base my judgement on the positive ones.

I checked their website and browsed the albums that I want, I add them on my cart, but it says I need to log on to purchase it so I create an account. Not really complicated, I just filled some important thing like the address and contact number the basic information needed.

[Positive]

1. Their website is friendly user.

You can easily create an account.
All the latest albums are already featured once you open the site.
Promos are also can be seen easily.
At the upper most of the site you can easily saw their customer support email address.
Announcements are also can be seen easily. (at the upper most part besides their email address, it includes announcement on their shipping schedule, office hours, etc.)
Categories are organized.
Search box are also organized. (e.g when you type an artist/s name suggestions will show up.)
Customer support, FAQs, and others are can be seen at the down most part of the site. (All are just one click away to access.)
You can easily know if the items you’re looking is out of stock or not.

2. They offer LP and Poster.

They offer this LP or Lowest Price for one month. (exclusive for new releases.)
Free Poster, you can choose if you want a poster or not. They have this Free Poster Policy, sometimes they only offer posters for those who will pre-order but now until the supply last.
If you want poster only they also sell it separately. ($2)

3. You can choose what Shipping Method you want.

You can choose from three different options.

EMS (Express Mail Service - includes tracking number and the fastest.)
International Registered Mail (I guess they already pulled this out since the price of this will increase for about 30% from before. includes tracking number and will take about 15-20 days)
Small packet. (The cheapest but no tracking number and will also take 14-20 days depends on your locations.)

This is one of the reason why I love Kpopmart because if EMS is not their default shipping method. I chose the Registered mail because it’s cheaper than the EMS. HAHAH.

4. Easy Payment Methods.

You can choose between Paypal, Western Union, and Wire Bank.

Paypal - If you have paypal, you can pay right away by just simply fill up something. If you don’t have paypal but you want to use credit card to pay for your order they also have this Paypal guest option (I used this method, and it’s easy, very easy.)
Western Union - If you choose this you need to pay on the next 3 business day after you check out. (This is really helpful for those who don’t have credit card that can be use.
Wire Bank - I’m sorry I don’t really understand this one. ^^v

5. Invoice are downloadable.

Yes, you can download your invoice right after you’ve done with your payment.

You can see your order and payment details in very detailed way.

6. Friendly Customer Support.

I emailed at their customer support for about five time, I guess. They are really have the patience on answering my inquiries.
They also replied in the friendliest way.
They also reply fast than others that took a day before they reply.

7. Time to Time updates and Notifications.

I did asked for time to time updates since my Mom are little worried, so they did.
They emailed me that the shipment of my orders will be delayed due to change of schedule of the release of one of my order. They give a date on when they will ship it, and they did ship it on the date that they said. (Responsible indeed.)
Shipment notification are also detailed, they sent me photos of my items before they shipped it, tracking numbers are also included, url of the website where I can check my parcel status.

8. Well secured packaging.

You can see at the photos that they attached on their shipment notifications that the items that I ordered are really well wrapped with bubble wrap for protection and the posters are in hard tube, to avoid damages.
And I got my items in great conditions. Yey! ^^

9. Fast shipment.

After 16 days I already got my orders. ^^

10. Freebies.

I got two HD… SUPER HD Photocards as freebies from kpopmart. (I already put those on my wallet. hehe.)

11. Promos and Giveaways.

They have this monthly giveaway promo.
They are giving away of TWO Autographed KPOP Albums every month, by just making a video or answering their survey. I’ll definitely join!!! :D
